Your guests, a maximum of 25, can tuck into barbecued seafood fresh from the market. A selection may include sweet and earthy tiger king prawns, sea bass wrapped in banana leaves, or marinated squid. Eating on the poolside deck or in the covered outdoor lounge with sundeck, your guests will love the creature comforts served with wok-fried pineapple jasmine rice and yellow curry, which is seasoned with leaves, buds, shoots and dressings.
Host an event in line with your ideas. Your private chef will be at your service, barbecuing seafood to perfection and adding just the right amount of spicy Thai seafood sauce, mustard, lemon and lime.
Event fees are US$ 1,000, and the curfew time for live bands and DJs is 10 pm. The curfew time for amplified music is midnight.
